Rewrote Daily Annuities System Mainframe Job Flow Diagram at Travelers.
- Developed standardized VISIO approach to bring some consistency and clarity to the flow. Incorporated a standard set of objects and connectors for use throughout.
- Validated each individual Job schedule within the Flow; corrected errors and omissions.
- Used TSO Skills and UCC7 commands to access UCC7 (CA-7) information on Job schedules and descriptions (Triggers, Successors, Requirements).
Documented and clarified job definitions and job descriptions by researching ‘in-stream’ JCL and PROCLIB JCL, at Travelers.
Developed a Route Map (using ARIS Process Modeling software) that depicted all of the steps involved in standardized Route Map Development at CIGNA.
Co-authored detailed, on-site manual for the UTC Desktop Refresh Project at Hamilton Sundstrand, while at CSC
Created Process Flow documents that depicted the steps involved in the Desktop Refresh effort at Carrier and Hamilton Sundstrand, while at CSC.

Edited, re-formatted and updated TSO and JCL manuals for Benchmark’s training courses.
Edited and updated Applications Programming and Business Analyst manuals for HUON’s staff and customer training courses. (These were originally written in the UK and Australia). Also updated HR manual.
Developed JCL, CMS and CMS EXEC manuals for Pratt & Whitney’s (MIS dept.) entry-level programming and advanced training courses
